My name is Peter Drake, I have spent the last 30 years as a tree surgeon and at least 15 of those years supplying and planting trees.

In 2004, I purchased the site in Battlesbridge, which has been my home ever since.  I slowly started building the nursery in 2008.

I realised very early on that, as I was removing trees and hedges that were becoming too large in gardens and open spaces.  My customers were beginning to ask for replacement screening trees that were less invasive and evergreen.

Fast forward a few years and we find that gardens are smaller and more overlooked by extensions, garden rooms, dormers or unsightly views.  Also, air and noise pollution have become more apparent and a need to soften the environment for our eyes, ears and lungs is a priority.  Creating a private and serene garden is what matters to my customers.

I offer a one stop service for planting advice, tree supply, and planting.  All of these are not subcontracted and are carried out by myself at every stage.

Please note, due to extreme and unseasonal weather becoming more prevalent, there are no guarantees on any trees.
